Stephen V. Richardson: Stephen has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, training & support. His goal is to help small and medium businesses surpass their objectives by providing world-class business growth, sales and management training. His professional career began in Japan, where he utilized his fluency in spoken Japanese by working for a major medical electronics manufacturer. Since returning to the United States in 1987, Stephen’s career has included various management positions with Duty Free Shoppers, Ross Dress For Less, Office Depot and Gateway Computers. Stephen started his “dream job” as a business growth consultant in 2004, and he now focuses on his favorite professional skills (teaching, coaching and selling) to help individuals and organizations achieve their dreams. Stephen sits on the board of directors of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce, is a Distinguished Toastmaster and gives motivational speeches to professional and educational groups.
