Stephen V. Richardson: Stephen has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, training & support. His professional career began in Japan, where he utilized his fluency in spoken Japanese by working for a major medical electronics manufacturer. Since returning to the United States in 1987, Stephen’s career has included various management positions with Duty Free Shoppers, Ross Dress For Less, Office Depot and Gateway Computers.
